Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)


A.  How can I place an order?

  1. Choose the item you like (select the correct size, color, quantity) and click “Add to Cart”.
  2. Please review your order and make sure that size/s and color/s are correctly selected to avoid returns.
  3. Click the “Checkout” button, fill out your shipping information, and choose your payment option.
  4. Follow the payment instruction and receive your order on the expected delivery date. 
  5. You may also order via Facebook Messenger https://www.facebook.com/littlemaeden 


B.  What are your payment options?

  • Cash on delivery (COD)
  • Paypal
  • Gcash
  • Bank deposit/ online bank transfer - BDO only
  • Credit or debit card via PayMongo
  • Money remittance via Palawan Express/Cebuana Lhuillier


C.  How soon will you ship out my order?

  • Within Metro Manila – 1 to 3 working days
  • Outside Metro Manila – 3 to 5 working days


D.  What is your Return and Exchange Policy?

In the unlikely event that you need to request to replace your item, please take note of the following:

  • The item should be returned to us within 3-5 working days from the day it was received.
  • To return your item, kindly mail it to SM Molino LBC Branch Office - 2nd Floor SM Center Molino, Molino Road, Brgy Molino IV, Bacoor City Cavite
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
  • Change of mind on item color is ineligible for return and exchange unless you received a different color from what you ordered.
  • To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be returned unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • The replacement will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.


E.  How can I request a refund?

We ONLY process a refund if the item/s you received is/are proven to be damaged. Considering that you refuse a replacement. 

  • We require pictures to document the condition of the delivery when it arrived.
  • We will pay for the shipping cost to return damaged item/s to SM Molino LBC Branch Office.
  • The time it may take for your refund to be completed, may vary depending on our thorough investigation and method you selected for the refund.
